An evening in Marrero, Louisiana, turned tragic on November 10, 2016, ending the life of 26-year-old Frank Bailey III. The male victim was caught in a double shooting that erupted around 8 p.m. in the 1100 block of Link Street. The incident not only claimed Bailey's life but also left a woman wounded.
