Robert Rochon, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 11, 2016, in New Orleans, LA. Robert was a graduate of Joseph S. Clark High School and attended Delgado Community College. He worked at Rouses Supermarket in the French Quarter. Robert was survived by his parents, Robert Smith and Myrtis Rochon, and several siblings and extended family members.
