Raynard “Dooda” Williams, Jr., a 15-year-old student at L.B. Landry High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 18, 2024. He was shot and killed in the evening at the corner of General Meyer and Murl Street in the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans.
