On a quiet morning just two days before Christmas, the body of Joseph P. Anderson, a male, was discovered. It was Friday, December 23, 2016, at approximately 7:18 a.m. when authorities were alerted to the grim finding in the 3800 block of Mercer Lane in Harvey, Louisiana. The cause of his death was determined to be gunshot wounds.
