Dwayne McKeithen Hitchens Jr., a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2017, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dwayne was a professional truck driver for New Orleans Fish House and was working towards becoming a longshoreman. He was also considering moving to Texas to escape the violence in New Orleans.
