DeJuan Rashaud Ledet, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 20, 2017, in a vacant house located in the 3900 block of Duhon Lane in Alexandria, Louisiana. The incident led to a significant investigation and multiple arrests. Ledet had recently moved to Pineville from Opelousas less than a year before his untimely death.
