Deandre C. Brown, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 2, 2017, in Shreveport, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Interstate 20 east near Jewella Avenue. Deandre was a passenger in a green SUV driven by his friend, 22-year-old Kenyon Frazier.
