In the winter of 2018, the life of 27-year-old Deondrick Bowser was tragically cut short in New Iberia, Louisiana. On the evening of January 21st, Bowser stepped outside on Deer Street for what was meant to be a brief moment, only to be fatally wounded in a hail of gunfire.
