Ethan Octsetian Barlow, a 36-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on July 19, 2022, in Albany, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early morning hours on North Central Street. According to witnesses, multiple gunshots were heard, and Barlow was found unresponsive in a grassy area with a gunshot wound to the head.
