Roger Allen Blankenship, a 42-year-old Caucasian man, was fatally shot at his home in Albany, Georgia, on July 1, 2023. A lifelong resident of Albany and a professional in the lawn care business, he was known for his dedication to his family, his enjoyment of grilling, and his support for the Georgia Bulldogs.
