Douglas Anthony Bourque, a 38-year-old male from Kaplan, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on April 17, 2018. He was shot multiple times in the 200 block of Vermilion Street in Abbeville, Louisiana. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 2 a.m., when officers were called to the scene and found Bourque lying in the street.
