Shantrell Parker, an 18-year-old African American female, tragically lost her life on July 29, 2018, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her death was a result of a violent crime that shocked the community. Shantrell and her partner, Gavonte Lampkin, were found shot and their bodies burned beyond recognition in a wooded area in Algiers.
