On Christmas Eve of 2018, in Shreveport, Louisiana, a festive evening turned into a tragedy for the family of Andrew Duncan Jr. The 31-year-old Black male was fatally shot, leaving his loved ones in shock and sorrow. Details surrounding the incident remain scarce, but it is understood that the shooting occurred in the Cedar Grove neighborhood.
