James Shivers, a 28-year-old male from Shreveport, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on September 9, 2015. He was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body at a residence in the 400 block of Abilene Street. Despite being rushed to University Health by the Shreveport Fire Department, he succumbed to his injuries.
