Jerome Curtis, a 37-year-old African American male, passed away on September 20, 2019, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Known affectionately as "Shoney," Jerome was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He attended Andrew J. Bell and the renowned G.W.
