In the fading daylight of a Sunday evening in Shreveport, Louisiana, the life of 18-year-old Dayton DeShawn Washington, a male, was tragically cut short. On October 27, 2019, gunshots echoed through the LaTierra Villa Apartments in the Western Hills neighborhood, leaving Washington fatally wounded.
