Steven Bernard Dixon II, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 9, 2019, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Steven, affectionately known as "King Stevie D," was born on December 2, 1993, to Steven B. Dixon and Victoria Jackson Dixon. He was a graduate of Broadmoor High School and had attended Baton Rouge Community College.
