Edgar LaTron Lewis, a 42-year-old African American male from Monroe, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2019. He was fatally shot in the Tanglewood area of Monroe, specifically in the 100 block of Blackwood Drive. The incident occurred around 10:41 p.m., and despite being transported to a local hospital, Edgar succumbed to his injuries.
