Jadarrius Ross, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2021, in Monroe, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Stacy Drive, where neighbors reported hearing several loud gunshots. Upon arrival, officers from the Monroe Police Department found Jadarrius Ross suffering from serious injuries outside a home. He was immediately taken to a local hospital for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries.
