Terrell Wayne Ford Jr., a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 5, 2020, in Opelousas, Louisiana. Ford was attending a late-night concert at the Yambilee Grounds when a gunman opened fire at cars in the parking lot. Ford was struck by the gunfire while sitting in his car, and despite being rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
