Zachariah Zerangue, a 39-year-old man from Opelousas, Louisiana, lost his life due to gun violence on January 5, 2024. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Hiram Street in Opelousas. According to reports, Zerangue was found shot and was transported to a local hospital in a private vehicle, where he subsequently died.
