Kentravion George, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 2, 2022, in Opelousas, Louisiana. The incident occurred on North Main Street, where Kentravion was walking with several other individuals when he was shot. The Opelousas Police Department received a call regarding shots fired in the area, and upon arrival, they found Kentravion with a gunshot wound. He was immediately taken to the hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
