Gyron Lebeuf, a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Gyron was found with gunshot wounds in the 10100 block of The Grove Avenue, near the Mall of Louisiana. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Gyron was on his way to buy a birthday gift for his mother when he was shot. His family was devastated by the loss, as they had planned to celebrate his mother's birthday that day.
