Harley David Brecken, a 33-year-old male from Ville Platte, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2020. The incident occurred at approximately 10:00 PM when the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office received a call reporting a shooting at 1224 Rock Pit Road.
