On a summer evening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, a dispute turned deadly, claiming the life of 34-year-old Jerome Kinchen. The shooting occurred around 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2020, in the 4800 block of Gus Young Avenue, near North Foster Drive. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Kinchen had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
