In the summer of 2020, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a parking lot in Metairie, Louisiana. Malik Hall, a 23-year-old male, was shot and killed on July 29, 2020. The incident prompted an investigation by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office as they worked to piece together the events that led to his death.
