Johnathan Lacey, 32, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on March 25, 2014, in Oakland, California. The incident took place in the Campbell Village Housing Complex in the Lower Bottoms neighborhood of West Oakland. The drive-by attack occurred on the 1600 block of Eighth Street, an area that has been marked by various violent incidents over the years.
