Charleston Oneal Turner Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2018. Turner was found shot inside his car after it crashed into a fire hydrant at the intersection of 60th Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard. He was subsequently pronounced dead at a hospital four days later.
