Charleston Oneal Turner Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2018. Turner was found shot inside his car after it crashed into a fire hydrant at the intersection of 60th Avenue and MacArthur Boulevard. He was subsequently pronounced dead at a hospital four days later. The investigation revealed that Turner had been lured to the location by Frankie Jean Porcher, a 30-year-old woman who had accused him of stealing money from her. Porcher had t ...
