Jabree Russworm, a 35-year-old resident of a homeless camp in West Oakland, California, was fatally shot on November 8, 2020. The incident occurred around 2:55 a.m. in the 2300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Way. Russworm's death was one of three fatal shootings that took place in Oakland over the span of two days. Despite the proximity in timing, police do not believe these shootings were related.
