Chrystian Valdez Negrete, a 40-year-old father of four, tragically lost his life on August 11, 2018, in East Oakland, California. Valdez Negrete was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire of a violent incident. The fatal shooting occurred around 2 a.m. near a nightclub on International Boulevard.
