David Robert Willis, a 31-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically found dead on May 14, 2019. His body was discovered in his apartment located in the 700 block of 29th Street, West Oakland. The discovery was made after police were requested to perform a welfare check on him. Upon arrival, officers found Willis with multiple gunshot wounds, lying in a pool of blood.
