Travis Ward, a 48-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of July 24, 2021. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of 23rd Avenue, just north of Foothill Boulevard. Ward was found in the street around 9:30 a.m. and was pronounced dead at the scene.
