In the late summer of 2020, the life of 38-year-old Dalvin Washington, a male resident of Rayne, Louisiana, was tragically cut short. On September 21, 2020, Washington was shot and killed following an altercation on Arseno Drive in his hometown. The incident sent ripples through the community as police began their investigation into the violent death.
