Desmond Jerrod Perryman, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Perryman was found lying in a yard suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was declared dead at the scene. The Baton Rouge Police Department responded to the incident, which occurred around 8:20 p.m. in the 1000 block of North 40th Street. Despite the investigation, authorities have not identified a motive or suspect in this deadly shooting.
