Reginald L. Young, a 52-year-old male from Shreveport, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on December 15, 2020, in the Highland neighborhood. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Jordan Street. Young was found outside suffering from multiple gunshot injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
