Jamere Alfred, a 14-year-old African American boy, was tragically killed on Christmas Day, December 25, 2020, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Jamere was shot in a drive-by shooting while he was at a Walgreens parking lot in New Orleans East. He had just stepped out of the store after running a quick errand with his cousins when the incident occurred.
