Rayfel Matta, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 3, 2021, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Rayfel, also known as "Rambo K Kutta," was a beloved member of his community, remembered fondly by his family and friends. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds near the entrance of Avery’s Mini Mart & Deli on McClelland Drive. Despite efforts to save him, Rayfel succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
