Allan Cortez-Segura, a 24-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life in a fatal shooting on January 12, 2019. The incident occurred at approximately 2:18 a.m. on La Salle Avenue, west of Newhall Street, in the Bayview District of San Francisco.
