Terry Franklin Jr., a 40-year-old resident of San Francisco, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on February 2, 2021. The incident occurred in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco, specifically at the corner of Third and Palou streets. Officers responded to reports of a shooting around 9:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Franklin suffering from gunshot wounds.
