Richard Graf Barrett, a 29-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on November 25, 2008. Barrett was fatally shot outside the Fuse bar in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Barrett was approached by two men who attempted to steal his jewel-encrusted necklace, which depicted the Flintstones character "Bamm-Bamm."
