Jovan Reed, a 32-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the India Basin neighborhood. Authorities were alerted to the scene by a ShotSpotter notification around 1:15 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Reed's vehicle had crashed on the 1300 block of Evans Avenue.
