Robbert Blake Armstrong, a 30-year-old male from Ponchatoula, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on July 4, 2021, at a Waffle House in Hammond, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, around 3:54 a.m., when officers from the Hammond Police Department responded to the scene.
