Kelvin Vicks, a 32-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2021. He was found in an open field in the 1200 block of Convention Street around 11:28 PM the previous night. The Baton Rouge Police Department launched an investigation into his shooting death, but the motive and suspect remained unknown at the time.
