In the late hours of a Monday night in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 32-year-old Kelvin Vicks was tragically cut short. On October 11, 2021, Vicks was discovered in an open field in the 1200 block of Convention Street, having been fatally shot. The Baton Rouge Police Department was called to the scene at approximately 11:28 p.m., where they found Vicks's body.
