Courtenay Skinner, a 27-year-old individual from Monroe, Louisiana, tragically lost their life on December 5, 2021. The incident occurred during a family dispute that escalated into a fatal shooting. Monroe Police were called to the 4200 block of Beale Street in response to the altercation. Upon arrival, officers discovered Courtenay Skinner lying near the door of the residence, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite efforts, Skinner was pronounced dead at the scene.
