Gary Gardner, a 24-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 10, 2017, in Monroe, Louisiana. The incident occurred around 10:45 PM in the 2000 block of Peach Street. The Monroe Police Department launched an investigation into the fatal shooting, which led to multiple arrests over the years.
