Raynell "Ray Ray" Joseph Hughes Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on March 16, 2022, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Raynell was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and had been baptized at St. Bernard Community Baptist Church in 2009. He was educated in the New Orleans public school system and graduated from Dr. Martin L. King, Jr. Charter High School in 2019.
