In the spring of 2022, the life of Raynell 'Ray Ray' Joseph Hughes Jr., a 21-year-old male, was tragically cut short in New Orleans. On March 16, he was found the victim of gun violence in the New Orleans East area. The Orleans Parish Coroner's Office officially identified Hughes two days after his death, confirming the grim reality for his family and friends.
