In the pre-dawn hours of a Saturday in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 37-year-old Ryan Kirby Marlow was brought to a violent end. On March 19, 2022, at approximately 3:55 a.m., residents of the area near the intersection of Cedarlane Avenue and Silverest Avenue were disturbed by the sound of gunfire.
