Ryan Kirby Marlow, a 37-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2022. Marlow was found in the roadway of Cedarlane Avenue, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
