Dwan Carson, a 27-year-old African American male, was tragically shot dead on May 13, 2022, in the St. Claude area of New Orleans, Louisiana. The incident occurred in the 4200 block of North Prieur Street, where his body was discovered beside a four-door Dodge parked in the front yard of a boarded-up brick house.
