In the spring of 2013, a day that should have been a celebration for a teenager on the cusp of graduation turned into a tragedy that left a family searching for answers. Sixteen-year-old Ke'Shawn Bell, a male, was attending a 'Senior Skip Day' at Pontchartrain Park in New Orleans on March 21, 2013. At some point during the festivities, he reportedly walked away from the crowd with two other individuals.
