Born on June 21, 2005, Stephen was the beloved son of Simone Rowel Duncan and Stephen Barthelemy. He was known for his vibrant personality, love for football, and his deep bond with his family. Stephen was raised in St. Rose, Louisiana, and was a student at Destrehan High School, where he would have been a senior in the upcoming school year.
